This company had a team of consultants who had a wide industry experience and were qualified professional trainers dedicated to passing on the skills they had accumulated over a long period of time. Who Invested their salaries in supporting the company only to be left decieved and cheated by these directors leaving them unpaid.
The insolvency agency is now having to remunerate the staff for the companies none payment of wages, lack of notice and redudancy pay.

I have written to the Dissolution Section with a copy of my unpaid invoice and have pointed out that the directors have failed to notify me of their intention to strike off, as they are required to do to all creditors. I have also listed the former failed companies that those directors have been involved with, but have pointed out that I am not willing to invest any more time and effort in pursuing these people because I do not believe that I would eventually recover anything.
However, I hope enough has been done to make it difficult, if not impossible, for these people to form another company. Even if they did, I don't see where they will find clients now for their services - certainly not in North Wales. For your information, Companies House has today suspended the voluntary strike off action, so obviously some notice is being taken of the objections.
